本文通过对国内外领导力有关理论的研究,结合从业经验,归纳了商业银行高管领导力的五对组成要素,并在此基础上阐述了培养高管领导力对商业银行的重要意义,最后通过分析当前影响商业银行高管领导力提升的主要因素,提出了提升商业银行高管领导力的具体路径选择.
本文通過對國內外領導力有關理論的研究,結閤從業經驗,歸納瞭商業銀行高管領導力的五對組成要素,併在此基礎上闡述瞭培養高管領導力對商業銀行的重要意義,最後通過分析噹前影響商業銀行高管領導力提升的主要因素,提齣瞭提升商業銀行高管領導力的具體路徑選擇.
본문통과대국내외령도력유관이론적연구,결합종업경험,귀납료상업은행고관령도력적오대조성요소,병재차기출상천술료배양고관령도력대상업은행적중요의의,최후통과분석당전영향상업은행고관령도력제승적주요인소,제출료제승상업은행고관령도력적구체로경선택.
Based on the research of domestic and international leadership theories,and combined with the experi?ence,the writer sums up five pairs of elements important to the commercial bank executive’s leadership. On this ba?sis,the writer elaborates the significance of executive leadership training. Finally according to the analysis of the influ?ence factors of commercial bank executive’s leadership development,the writer puts forward the ways to promote com?mercial bank executive’s leadership.
