本研究选用烤烟 K326为试验材料,通过盆栽试验研究在分根交替灌溉、亏缺灌溉和全灌溉下对烟草氮吸收的影响.探讨分根交替灌溉提高烤烟氮吸收水平的生理基础.结果表明:分根交替灌溉的烤烟氮素利用率比亏缺灌溉和全灌溉的有所提高.叶干重、株高和干物质积累量均比亏缺灌溉和全灌溉的增加.

Tobacco K326 was taken as experimental material in this research. A pot experiment was experted nitrogen absorption under partial root-zone dying,deficit irrigation and full irrigation,and explored physiological basis improved nitrogen level of flue-cured plants by partial root-zone dying. The results showed that nitrogen utilization efficiency under partial root-zone dying was higher than deficit irrigation and full irrigation. Leaf dry weight,plant height and dry matter accumulation under partial root-zone dying were higher than those under deficit irrigation or full irrigation.
