青海省湟水北干渠扶贫灌溉一期工程27标段46#隧洞进口工程地质条件复杂,常规导管及管棚法进行洞口段施工时进尺慢、成型差,且存在较大安全隐患.为此,采用地表预注浆加固技术加固处理后再开挖.结果表明:洞口段岩体稳定,施工安全且成洞好,并加快了工程进度.

No.46 tunnel is a component of No.27 bidding section of Huangshui North trunk canal stage-1 irrigation project located in Qinghai Province. The tunnel portal section has complex engineering geological conditions. Con?ventional conduit and pipe roof method renders low advancing speed, unsatisfactory shape and safety risk. There?fore, surface pre-grouting reinforcement technology was applied prior to excavation. Construction practice demon?strated stable rock mass at tunnel portal section, safe construction, satisfactory shape and accelerated progress.
