针对上思县明江右岸防洪整治工程的地质条件、场地条件等实际情况,充分考虑河道防洪整治和城市建设、市政道路相结合的要求,对防洪护岸堤布置、设计和施工处理等方面进行探讨.实践证明,本工程防洪护岸堤布置是合适的,设计方案是合理可行的.

The Mingjiang River right bank flood protection project was designed according to the geological and top?ographical conditions, while fully taking into consideration the requirements for combining river flood protection works with urban and municipal road construction. The author discussed the layout, design and construction of bank protection dike. As demonstrated by practice, the bank flood protection dike layout of this project is proper; the de?sign scheme is rational and feasible.
