采用十字交叉法测定紫藤瘤不同溶剂提取物对农作物病原真菌的抑制作用.结果表明:紫藤瘤水提取物在5 mg ? mL‐1浓度下几乎无抗真菌活性.石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物在5 mg ? mL‐1浓度下对辣椒枯萎、小麦赤霉病菌的抑菌率在50%左右,对油菜菌核菌的抑菌效果显著,抑制率高达100%.
採用十字交扠法測定紫籐瘤不同溶劑提取物對農作物病原真菌的抑製作用.結果錶明:紫籐瘤水提取物在5 mg ? mL‐1濃度下幾乎無抗真菌活性.石油醚、乙痠乙酯和正丁醇提取物在5 mg ? mL‐1濃度下對辣椒枯萎、小麥赤黴病菌的抑菌率在50%左右,對油菜菌覈菌的抑菌效果顯著,抑製率高達100%.
채용십자교차법측정자등류불동용제제취물대농작물병원진균적억제작용.결과표명:자등류수제취물재5 mg ? mL‐1농도하궤호무항진균활성.석유미、을산을지화정정순제취물재5 mg ? mL‐1농도하대랄초고위、소맥적매병균적억균솔재50%좌우,대유채균핵균적억균효과현저,억제솔고체100%.
@@@@The crossing method had been used to determine the inhibitory effects of the different solvents extract of W isteria sinensis tumor against crop pathogenic fungus .The antifungal experimental results showed that the water fraction of W .sinensis tumor at 5 mg ? mL‐1 exhibited almost no antifungal activity .The petroleum ethyl fraction , ethyl acetate fraction ,n‐butanal fraction of W .sinensis tumor at 5 mg ? mL‐1 exhibited inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum f .sp .capsicum and F .graminearum with about 50% inhibition rates ,especially against Sclerotiorum scle‐rotiorum with 100% inhibition rate .
