分析了电能特征性,在理论分析的基础上尝试构建电能特征价格模型,并对用户购电价格进行研究,将电能划分为电能生产成本、电能质量和可靠性3类电能特征,并细化特征指标,选取8个代表性的电能特征指标,采用 SPSS10.0软件对模型进行多元回归,得到电能特征指标价格,并对用户购电费用进行按需制定.算例表明,该方法能公平合理地制定购电费用.

This paper analyses the heterogeneous characteristics of electricity, establises a new model named Hedonic Power Price Model and researches on pricing electricity for consumers. The electricity characteristics were divided into three grades according to their importance. The characteristics’coefficients were established after multinomial-regression analysis by SPSS10.0 software, and made the purchasing fee according to the need. Numerical examples shows that the proposed approach could make purchase price more reasonable.
