This paper introduces the background of coordinated innovation and the significance of personnel training coordinated innovation in colleges and universities;analyses the successful experience of domestic colleges and uni-versities in personnel training based on the special perspective of enhancing the university ’s teaching quality and scientific and technological innovation capacity; discusses the practice of maritime personnel training coordinated innovation in Guangzhou Maritime College according to the special requirements of maritime personnel training .
