This paper proposes a plan for constructing a spectacular campus culture for Guangzhou Maritime College from the following aspects:revealing the kernel of marine culture , implementing the combination of campus culture and industry culture, promoting the fusion between the campus culture and the local culture , striving to expand the intercultural communication and cooperation and improving the academic contents of campus culture .
