The paper applies factor analysis method to ex-tract the effective factor, uses clustering method for cluster analysis, constructs a Chinese logistics listing corporation performance evaluation model, chooses three logistics of listed companies as the empirical analysis of this new mod-el, which further verifies the validity of the model and sci-entific nature in order to provide a more scientific and ratio-nal evaluation of the financial performance of the new method for logistics enterprises to further clarify its own strengths and weaknesses, and develop the next phase of de-velopment strategy for the listed companies of China's logis-tics.
