目的探讨希森美康公司的UF-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪在胸腹水常规检测尤其是在其细胞计数中的应用价值.方法对临床患者的胸腹水标本中的细胞总数和白细胞数分别运用UF-1000i型全自动尿沉渣分析仪和传统手工镜检法进行细胞计数,并对两种方法检测的结果进行比较分析.结果运用仪器法检测的细胞总数和白细胞数分别为(1542.6±664.7)×106/L和(657.4±104.7)×106/L,而运用手工镜检法则分别为(1397.6±569.3)×106/L和(635.8±93.3)×106/L,两种方法的细胞总数和白细胞数经统计学分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示两种细胞计数方法对胸腹水常规检测无明显区别.结论用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测胸腹水中细胞计数操作简便、快捷、准确,对胸腹水常规定量具有重要参考价值,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effects of UF-1000i fully automatic urinary sediment analyzer of Sysmex in the conventional ditection especially in the cell counts of hydrothorax and ascites. Methods To count total number of RBC and WBC in the hydrothorax and ascites of patients respectively by UF-1000i type fully automatic urinary sediment analyzer and traditional manual examined and to compare the testing results of two methods. Results The number of RBC and WBC were respectively (1 542.6±664.7)×106/L and (657.4±104.7)×106/L by detecting with instrument method;The numbers of RBC and WBC were respectively (1 397.6±569.3)×106/L and (635.8±93.3)×106/L by detecting with traditional manual;There were no significant difference between both results by different detecting methods (P>0.05);There were no statistical siggificance comparing between instrument and traditional manual methods. Conclusion It is simple,quick,accurate and important reference value to examine quantitatively cells of hydrothorax and ascites by UF-1000i fully automatic urinary sediment analyzer;It is worthy of clinical apllication.
