目的观察化浊解毒软肝方治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者症状及生化指标的影响.方法将60例原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者随机分为两组,对照组30例予口服熊去氧胆酸(优思弗)治疗;治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加服化浊解毒软肝方(基本方:田基黄、茵陈、虎杖、绞股蓝、黄连、黄柏、鳖甲、山甲珠、当归、白芍、红景天)治疗,观察化浊解毒软肝方对原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者症状及生化指标的影响,观察治疗前后的生化指标变化.结果治疗组在生化指标方面的改善明显优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论化浊解毒软肝方治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者生化指标可显著降低.

Objective To observe the effects on cholestasis indicators of Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis. Methods 60 cases of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups, the patients of the control group oraled ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA);the patients of the treatment group taken Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction beside UDCA. The effects on cholestasis indicators of Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis, and the biochemical indicators of cholestasis before and after the treatment were observed. Results The results showed that biochemical indicators in the treatment group improved significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cholestasis indicators of the patients with primary biliary cirrhosis treated with Huazhuo detoxification decrease significantly.
