从服务顾客视角创新竞争优势基本形式具有理论和现实意义.文章借鉴波特的竞争优势基本形式概念,提出了产品低成本、差异化的竞争优势基本形式“二维理念”.然而“二维理念”对企业责任竞争力不能作出较好的解释,在分析原因后,我们添加了竞争优势基本形式的产品“利他性内涵”这一新维度,从而形成竞争优势基本形式的“三维理念”,并用该“三维理念”来解释企业责任竞争力的形成.

It is of great theoretical and realistic significance to innovate competitive advantage’s fundamental on the perspec?tive of serving customer.This paper puts forward two-dimension concept of competitive advantage’s fundamental by borrowing ideas from the Porter’s concept of competitive advantage’s fundamental.But the two dimension competitive advantage’s funda?mental can’t give complete explanation to firm’s competitiveness arising from corporate social responsibility.After clarify the reason,the paper adds a new dimension,namely “altruistic connotation” to the above two dimensions and propose a philos?ophy of a three-dimension competitive advantage’s fundamental,then using it to explain the competitiveness arising from cor?porate social responsibility.
