信贷融资一直困扰着中小企业经营,文章从企业家异质性角度进行了梳理,目前学者主要从个人异质性特征对信贷融资可获性、信贷融资评级、关系贷款的取得以及企业获利能力的提升等五个方面研究企业家异质性与中小企业信贷可获性的关系.企业家异质性已在管理学中得到重视,而在中小企业信贷方面,研究较分散,缺乏对异质性系统研究.文章通过梳理关于企业家异质性对企业信贷融资影响的文献,旨在为后来研究者提供更为系统的理论脉络.

Credit financing has been bothering the management of small and medium enterprises.This article tends to illustrate it on the premise of entrepreneurial heterogeneity.So far,scholars have tried to explain the relationship between small and medi?um enterprises and this heterogeneity from the five following aspects:personal heterogeneity to the availability of credit financ?ing,grade of credit financing,obtainment of relationship lending and the enterprise profitability.Yet the entrepreneurial het?erogeneity has been attached too much importance in the field of management,study on small and medium enterprises is still scattered,lacking scientific research of heterogeneity.By liquidating literature stating effects that entrepreneurial heterogeneity may have on enterprise credit financing,this article aims to provide later study with a more systematic theoretical context.
