Based on the survey of 112 top managers,this paper explored the influence of strategic human resource manage?ment effectiveness and organizational learning on organizational innovation.The statistical result showed that strategic human resource management effectiveness has a positive effect on organizational innovation,and organizational learning has a positive effect on organizational innovation.Moreover,organizational learning has a mediate effect on the relationship between strategy human resource management effectiveness and organizational innovation.
