针对满滚针轴承外圈挡边与滚道车削时采用两把车刀加工产生中间接缝、导致磨工留量增加等问题,采用一把车刀同时加工左右挡边及滚道,解决了以上存在的问题;同时轴承外圈淬火后采用车刀硬车其左右挡边,解决了磨削挡边烧伤现象.
針對滿滾針軸承外圈擋邊與滾道車削時採用兩把車刀加工產生中間接縫、導緻磨工留量增加等問題,採用一把車刀同時加工左右擋邊及滾道,解決瞭以上存在的問題;同時軸承外圈淬火後採用車刀硬車其左右擋邊,解決瞭磨削擋邊燒傷現象.
침대만곤침축승외권당변여곤도차삭시채용량파차도가공산생중간접봉、도치마공류량증가등문제,채용일파차도동시가공좌우당변급곤도,해결료이상존재적문제;동시축승외권쉬화후채용차도경차기좌우당변,해결료마삭당변소상현상.
Since full complement needle bearing outer ring flanges and raceway were processed by two turning tools, middle lap would occur and the left amount of grinding will increase. Aimed at these problems above, using one turning tool to process left and right flanges and raceway at the same time would be a good solution. At the same time, after quenching bearing outer ring, turning tool was used to hard turn left and ring flanges to prevent flange grinding burn.
