某气囊装置以产气药剂为动力源抛撒子弹,通过试验研究抛撒过程、压力变化、装药量与子弹抛撒速度及子弹承受过载的关系、装药量与峰值压力、产气作用时间及压力上升速度之间的关系,并分析了气囊结构强度对子弹抛撒效果的影响.试验结果表明,以产气药剂为动力源的气囊抛撒子弹技术方案可行,其具有峰值压力低、子弹的抛撒速度均匀和子弹抛撒承受过载小的优点.

A kind of gas bag scattering bullet by gas producing agent was studied. The experiments about scattering process, pressure change in gasbag, the relation among scattering speed of bullet, overload on scattered bullet and the mass of gas producing agent were carried out, as well as the relation among peak pressure, gas producing time, pressure rising rate and the mass of gas producing agent was also studied. Meanwhile, the influence of gasbag structure on bullet scattering effect was analyzed. The experiment results showed that the schematic of scattering bullet by gasbag is feasible, which has low peak pressure, well-distributed bullet scattering speed and low overload on scattered bullet.
