为了进一步减小爆炸箔起爆器系统体积,并降低生产成本,设计并制备了一种爆炸平面开关,并对该爆炸平面开关的电极间隙和放电特性进行研究.结果表明:随着间隙电极的间隙距离减小,其开关的作用时间缩短;对于同一起爆电压的爆炸平面开关,随着放电电极间隙的增大,其冲击片雷管的爆发电流呈下降趋势.
為瞭進一步減小爆炸箔起爆器繫統體積,併降低生產成本,設計併製備瞭一種爆炸平麵開關,併對該爆炸平麵開關的電極間隙和放電特性進行研究.結果錶明:隨著間隙電極的間隙距離減小,其開關的作用時間縮短;對于同一起爆電壓的爆炸平麵開關,隨著放電電極間隙的增大,其遲擊片雷管的爆髮電流呈下降趨勢.

In order to decrease the volume and cost of exploding foil initiator system (EFIs), an exploding plane switch was designed and fabricated. The electrode gap and discharge characteristics of the switch were researched. The results show that switching time was shorten with the decrease of electrode gap distance. Under the same initiation voltage condition, as the distance of electrode gap increasing, the exploding current of slapper detonator shows a downward trend.
