分析了国内传统石油射孔弹炸药存在的缺陷,通过对粘结剂、钝感剂进行研究得到了以 RDX 为基的石油射孔弹用高聚物炸药配方.新配方中 RDX 含量比传统炸药提高了0.4%~0.5%;松装密度达到0.92g/cm3,高于传统炸药8.2%~15.0%;压药打靶实验证明新炸药射孔性能稳定,射孔平均深度大于传统炸药7.1%.

In this paper, the defects of the traditional oil perforating explosives were analyzed, the new polymer explosives formula was obtained through the research of binder and desensitizer. The content of RDX in new formula was increased 0.4%~0.5% than that in the traditional explosives. The loose density of new formula explosives was 0.92g/cm3, which is higher than that of traditional explosives by 8.2%~15.0%. The perforating performance of new explosives was proved stable through test, the average perforation depth was deeper than that of traditional explosives by 7.1%.
