针对空中力量体系对抗实际,抽象出空中力量体系的决策网络,进而分析分布式决策的概念及内容,构建空中力量体系分布式决策机制,提出协商轮次、方案包容度、方案接受度、方案分散度等概念,给出了分布式决策机制运行流程,最后通过 Matlab 软件进行实例仿真.研究结果表明,该决策机制能够快速、有效地实现分布式决策.

In view of the reality for air power system, the decision net was analyzed. Then, the distributed decision-making concept and content was studied. Based on which the distributed decision-making mechanism was established, the concepts of consultation rounds, tolerant, acceptability and dispersion were proposed. Finally the final plan was got by u Matlab simulation. The simulation results showed that the decision-making mechanism could effectively distributed decision.
