研究了棉麻交织物漂染工艺中除氧酶的除氧效果及同浴染色效果,利用正交实验得出了除氧酶除氧的优化工艺,即酶用量5mL/L、pH=7、温度35℃、酶洗25min.结果表明,酶洗除氧工艺能够保证各项染色性能,节约能源,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,是一项可行的清洁生产技术.

The effect of deoxygenation and dyeing in the same bath with catalase on bleaching and dyeing cotton/linen union was studied. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimal deoxyprocess was determined: catalase 5mL/L,pH=7,treating at 35℃ for 25 minutes. Compared with the traditional high temperature washing deoxygenation, the results showed that the new deoxyprocess guaranteed the dyeing performances, saved energy sources, reduced the production cost and enhanced the production efficiency. It′s a cleaning production technology.
