研究粘合剂对用亚麻下脚料生产的湿法非织造布性能的影响.在先期研究的基础上确定最佳原料配比及切断纤维长度,通过以粘合剂为变量的实验及主要性能的测试可知,阳离子淀粉的加入使亚麻下脚生产的湿法非织造布的强力得到很大的提高,当切断纤维长度确定在15mm左右,“精落”的混入量质量分数在25%,成网单重为150g/m2时,CS的加入量控制在10g/L~15g/L时非织造布强度及成品外观均较适宜.产品经性能测试,其各项强度指标均高于等单重的纸类/牛皮纸类产品,手感柔软性好,可用于低成本的包装袋、购物袋等.

This paper is focused on the study of adhesives matching effect on the performance of wet-laiding nonwoven fabric with flax tow. On the basis of pre-research the optimum mixture ratio of material and cut-off fiber length are confirmed first, through the adhe-sives parameter for the variable performance of experiment and the main test, we can see that the cationic starch improve the strength of wet-laiding nonwoven fabric with flax tow greatly. The results show that the CS amount should be controlled at about 10-15 g/L with 15mm of cut- off fiber length and 25% of combed flax tow. The end product has soft handle and the strength is higher than that of its equal piece weight paper, such as kraft paper products which meet the need of disposable packaging materials.
