以垦农4号大豆为试验材料,研究了大豆 R5期叶面施用 SODM (超氧化物歧化酶模拟物)对大豆叶片保护性酶系及产量的影响.结果表明:大豆 R5期叶面施用 SODM 可以提高大豆叶片的 SOD 、POD 及 CAT 的活性,降低 MDA 的含量,增强了对活性氧和过氧化氢的清除能力,减轻细胞的膜质过氧化程度,有利于延缓大豆叶片衰老,促进生育后期的生长,提高产量.
以墾農4號大豆為試驗材料,研究瞭大豆 R5期葉麵施用 SODM (超氧化物歧化酶模擬物)對大豆葉片保護性酶繫及產量的影響.結果錶明:大豆 R5期葉麵施用 SODM 可以提高大豆葉片的 SOD 、POD 及 CAT 的活性,降低 MDA 的含量,增彊瞭對活性氧和過氧化氫的清除能力,減輕細胞的膜質過氧化程度,有利于延緩大豆葉片衰老,促進生育後期的生長,提高產量.

Taking soybean variety Kennong No .4 as experimental material ,the effects of applying foliar applica‐tion of SODM (Superoxide Dismutase Mimics)at soybean R5 on soybean leaf protective enzyme system and yield were studied .The results showed that :foliar application of SODM at soybean R5 could improve the soybean leaf SOD ,POD and CAT activity ,decrease the content of MDA ,strengthen the activity of oxygen and hydrogen peroxide scavenging capacity ,reduce the cell membrane peroxidation degree ,help delay senescence ,promote the late growth stage growth and increase the yield .
