为研究超声波辅助半纤维素酶提取南瓜皮果胶的最佳工艺条件,以果胶提取率为考察指标,通过单因素及正交试验,研究了半纤维素酶溶液的浓度、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度、超声功率、超声时间对南瓜皮果胶提取率的影响.结果表明:在半纤维素酶溶液浓度为0.7%、料液比为1∶20、浸提温度为50℃、浸提时间为90 min 、超声功率为240 W 、超声时间为10 min 的条件下果胶的提取率最高,达到11.21%.

위연구초성파보조반섬유소매제취남과피과효적최가공예조건,이과효제취솔위고찰지표,통과단인소급정교시험,연구료반섬유소매용액적농도、료액비、침제시간、침제온도、초성공솔、초성시간대남과피과효제취솔적영향.결과표명:재반섬유소매용액농도위0.7%、료액비위1∶20、침제온도위50℃、침제시간위90 min 、초성공솔위240 W 、초성시간위10 min 적조건하과효적제취솔최고,체도11.21%.
Optimal conditions for the extraction of pectin from the pumpkin peel were researched by using ultra ‐sonic‐assisted hemicellulase method .With the extraction rate of pectin as index ,the effects of the concentration of hemicellulose solution ,material/liquid ratio ,extraction time ,extraction temperature and ultrasonic power were investigated through single factor and orthogonal L 9 (34 )experiment .The optimum extraction technology were obtained as follows the concentration of hemicellulose solution 0 .7% ,material/liquid ratio 1∶20 ,extrac‐tion temperature 50 ℃ ,extraction time 90 minutes ,ultrasonic power 240 W ,ultrasonic time 10 min .In this con‐dition ,the extraction rate of pectin was up to 11 .21% .
