The key points to tackle agricultural vocational colleges serving for ‘Agriculture ,Rural Area and Farmers’ and itself development is the model effectiveness and mechanism long effectiveness .Taking Hei‐longjiang Agricultural Vocational College serving ‘Agriculture ,Rural Area and Farmers’ as sample ,the resol‐ving methods and countermeasure were elaborated focused on innovating channels of serving ‘Agriculture ,Ru‐ral Area and Farmers’ ,innovating training mechanism and contributing the long effective mechanism and other aspects.
