Personnel training mode is the key issue in primary teachers’education and it directly influences the specification and qualification of the talents, which plays a decisive role in the reform and development of primary ed-ucation. This paper attempts to review the personnel training modes at home and abroad, prospecting to construct a reasonable and suitable training mode.
