Achilles tendon/SU%ligament
[目的]探讨应用韧带增强重建系统(ligament advanced reinforcement system ,LARS)治疗跟腱术后再断裂的手术方法及临床疗效.[方法]2006年6月至2011年2月,对收治的跟腱术后二次断裂患者13例,采用 LARS 人工韧带加强修复,并辅以早期功能康复锻炼.术后按 Arner‐lindholm 标准评定临床疗效.[结果]术后切口均一期愈合.13例平均随访28(12~48)个月.按 Arner‐lindholm 踝关节功能评定标准:优12 例,良 1 例,优良率100%.随访期间未发生跟腱再断裂及深部感染等并发症.患者术后8~10周恢复日常生活,术后3~4个月回归伤前职业.[结论]应用 LARS 治疗跟腱术后二次断裂临床效果满意. LARS 可提供永久性纤维支架,加强断裂跟腱的强度及韧性,患者可早期康复功能锻炼,恢复快,术后并发症少,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法.

LARS 可提供永久性纖維支架,加彊斷裂跟腱的彊度及韌性,患者可早期康複功能鍛煉,恢複快,術後併髮癥少,是一種安全、有效的治療方法.

LARS 가제공영구성섬유지가,가강단렬근건적강도급인성,환자가조기강복공능단련,회복쾌,술후병발증소,시일충안전、유효적치료방법.
Objective]To explore the surgical method and clinical efficacy of ligament advanced reinforce‐ment system(LARS) for the treatment of re‐rupture after surgery of achilles tendon .[Methods]Thirteen pa‐tients with achilles tendon re‐rupture after operation from June 2006 to Feb .2011 underwent the reinforcement repair by using LARS artificial ligament and were assisted with early rehabilitation training .According to Ar‐ner‐lindholm score criteria ,clinical efficacy was assessed after operation .[Results]All incisions after operation healed by first intention .Thirteen patients were followed up for 12 ~ 48 months(mean 28 months) .According to Arner‐lindholm ankle joint rating criteria ,12 patients were excellent and 12 patients were good ,and the ex‐cellent and good rate was 100% .No re‐rupture and deep infection occurred during follow‐up period .Patients could return to daily life within 8 ~ 10 weeks after operation ,and regain former career 3 ~ 4 months after oper‐ation .[Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of LARS for the treatment of achilles tendon re‐rupture is satisfactory . LARS can provide permanent fiber scaffold and strengthen the intensity and toughness of achilles tendon .It is a safe and effective method with early rehabilitation training ,rapid recovery and less complications .
