[目的]检测胃癌患者癌组织中趋化因子受体7(CCR7)和环氧化酶‐2( COX‐2)的表达及意义.[方法]检测43例胃癌患者癌组织和35例癌旁正常胃组织中 CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 的表达情况.[结果]胃癌组织中 CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 的表达阳性率分别为62.79%和58.14%,相对表达量分别为0.59±0.28和0.66±0.21,均明显高于癌旁正常胃组织阳性率(分别为14.29% 和 8.57%)和相对表达量(分别为0.13±0.05和0.09±0.01),两组比较差异均有显著性( P <0.05). CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率和相对表达量均随癌细胞浸润程度的加深、临床分期的增加及淋巴结转移明显增高( P <0.05),但与性别和肿瘤分化程度无明显相关( P >0.05). [结论]CCR7和 COX‐2在胃癌组织中高表达,可能与癌细胞的浸润与淋巴转移有关.
[目的]檢測胃癌患者癌組織中趨化因子受體7(CCR7)和環氧化酶‐2( COX‐2)的錶達及意義.[方法]檢測43例胃癌患者癌組織和35例癌徬正常胃組織中 CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 的錶達情況.[結果]胃癌組織中 CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 的錶達暘性率分彆為62.79%和58.14%,相對錶達量分彆為0.59±0.28和0.66±0.21,均明顯高于癌徬正常胃組織暘性率(分彆為14.29% 和 8.57%)和相對錶達量(分彆為0.13±0.05和0.09±0.01),兩組比較差異均有顯著性( P <0.05). CCR7 mRNA 和 COX‐2 mRNA 在胃癌組織中的暘性錶達率和相對錶達量均隨癌細胞浸潤程度的加深、臨床分期的增加及淋巴結轉移明顯增高( P <0.05),但與性彆和腫瘤分化程度無明顯相關( P >0.05). [結論]CCR7和 COX‐2在胃癌組織中高錶達,可能與癌細胞的浸潤與淋巴轉移有關.
[목적]검측위암환자암조직중추화인자수체7(CCR7)화배양화매‐2( COX‐2)적표체급의의.[방법]검측43례위암환자암조직화35례암방정상위조직중 CCR7 mRNA 화 COX‐2 mRNA 적표체정황.[결과]위암조직중 CCR7 mRNA 화 COX‐2 mRNA 적표체양성솔분별위62.79%화58.14%,상대표체량분별위0.59±0.28화0.66±0.21,균명현고우암방정상위조직양성솔(분별위14.29% 화 8.57%)화상대표체량(분별위0.13±0.05화0.09±0.01),량조비교차이균유현저성( P <0.05). CCR7 mRNA 화 COX‐2 mRNA 재위암조직중적양성표체솔화상대표체량균수암세포침윤정도적가심、림상분기적증가급림파결전이명현증고( P <0.05),단여성별화종류분화정도무명현상관( P >0.05). [결론]CCR7화 COX‐2재위암조직중고표체,가능여암세포적침윤여림파전이유관.
Objective] To detect the expression of chemokine receptor 7(CCR7) and cyclooxygenase‐2(COX‐2) in gastric cancer ,and to explore its significance .[Methods] Totally 43 gastric cancer tissues and 35 normal para‐cancer tissues were selected as the subjects .The expression of CCR7 and COX‐2 mRNA was determined .[Results] The expression rate of CCR7 and COX‐2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer was 62 .79% and 58 . 14% ,respectively ,and the relative expression level was 0 .59 ± 0 .28 and 0 .66 ± 0 .21 ,respectively ,which were markedly higher than those in para‐cancer tissues(14 .29% and 8 .57% ,0 .13 ± 0 .05 and 0 .09 ± 0 .01 ,respective‐ly) ,and there were significant differences between two groups ( P < 0 .05) .The expression of CCR7 and COX‐2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer was obviously increased with tumor invasion ,TNM stage and lymphatic me‐tastasis( P < 0 .05) ,but had no obvious correlation with the gender and tumor differentiation ( P > 0 .05) .[Con‐clusion]The expression of CCR7 and COX‐2 mRNA in the tissue of gastric cancer is high ,which may be associated with tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis .
