[目的]探讨手术治疗白内障合并角膜穿通伤的临床疗效.[方法]将本院2007年5月至2011年5月36例白内障合并角膜穿通伤患者进行回顾性分析.其中Ⅰ期18例纳入 A 组,Ⅱ期18例纳入 B 组. A组采用Ⅰ期外伤性白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术;B 组采用Ⅱ期外伤性白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术.分析比较治疗后两组视力与并发症的差异.[结果]两组患者术后 1年患眼的矫正视力的比较无显著性差异( P >0.05);A 组术后后囊膜混浊,角膜及虹膜炎症反应的发生率高于 B 组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05).[结论]Ⅱ期白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障合并角膜穿通伤疗效显著.

Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of cataract and corneal penetrating in‐jury .[Methods] A total of 36 cases of cataract with corneal penetrating injury were randomly divided into 2 groups with 18 cases in each group .Group A underwent stage Ⅰ traumatic cataract extraction and intraocular lens implanta‐tion .Group B underwent stage Ⅱ traumatic phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation .The visual acuity and complications after surgery were compared between two groups .[Results] There was no significant difference in corrected visual acuity in diseased eyes one year after surgery between two groups ( P > 0 .05) .The incidence of pos‐terior capsular opacity and corneal and iris inflammation in group A after surgery were higher than those in group B , and there was significant difference ( P < 0 .05) .[Conclusion] Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens im‐plantation for the treatment of cataract and corneal penetrating injury has good long‐term efficacy and fewer postopera‐tive complications ,so it is worthy of clinical promotion .
