2.4米风洞原电液伺服驱动系统采用的电液伺服控制器由分离元件构成,存在可靠性低、调试、使用和维护困难等问题,为提高系统性能,提出采用“智能控制器+数字总线”的总体技术方案进行改造升级.方案用 HNC100智能控制器替代原电液伺服控制器,选用伺服控制模式实现单个液压轴的位置闭环控制,在机器数据设置部分选择相应的同步类型进行同步控制,并给出了调试过程中应注意的问题.应用结果表明:HNC100电液智能控制器运行稳定,简便易行,能够替代模拟电液伺服控制器,提升电液伺服系统运行性能.

@@@@In the 2.4 m transonic wind tunnel, the original electro-hydraulic servo controllers adopted in the electro-hydraulic servo systems are constituted of separated components, which are unreliable and difficult to debug, use and maintain. For improving system performance and upgrading, a scheme by using“intelligent controllers and digital bus”is put forward. In the scheme, the original electro-hydraulic servo controllers are replaced by HNC100 electro-hydraulic intelligent controllers, the servo control mode is chosen to realize the closed-loop position control for single axis’s movements, and the corresponding synchronizing type is set in the machine data set section to realize synchronization control. The application results show that the HNC100 electro-hydraulic intelligent controllers are stable and simple to use. It can replace simulate electro-hydraulic servo controllers and could improve the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo systems.
