通过对AsC人群中医体质理论研究及临床调研,探讨了不同病理体质AsC人群之间发病发展规律和免疫状态的异同,初步分析了不同病理体质AsC人群形成的因素,对气虚质、湿热质和阴虚质的免疫状态差异的原因和病变趋势做了重点讨论,阴虚质AsC人群免疫抵抗力和应激力相对下降,容易发展为慢性肝炎和肝细胞癌;气虚质AsC人群可以长期的处于免疫耐受的状态;湿热质AsC人群可表现为免疫应答增强,较早出现肝组织损伤.

According to research on TCM constitution theory in AsC, we invested the develop rule and difference on im-mune in AsC with different pathological constitution, analyzed the factors that contributed to the pathological constitution of AsC, and discussed the cause of immune difference and tend in Yin-deficiency Constitution, Damp-heat Constitution and Qi-deficiency Constitution. With immunity resistance decreased, AsC with Yin-deficiency Constitution have more chance to suffer chronic hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma; AsC with Qi -deficiency Constitution can be in prolonged immune tolerance state; with strengthening of immune response, AsC with Damp-heat Constitution will suffer liver tissue damage earlier.
