目的:建立复方苦黄喷雾剂的薄层鉴别方法.方法:采用TLC法对处方中黄柏、大黄、冰片等进行定性鉴别.结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰.结论该方法简便可行,可用于复方苦黄喷雾剂的质量控制.

목적:건립복방고황분무제적박층감별방법.방법:채용TLC법대처방중황백、대황、빙편등진행정성감별.결과:박층색보반점청석,음성무간우.결론해방법간편가행,가용우복방고황분무제적질량공제.
Objective: To establish TLC identication methods for compound kuhuang spray. Method: TLC was used to i-dentify Cortex phellodendri Radix, Angelica dahurica and Borneol in the formula. Results: TLC spot develops were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple and feasible, and suitable for content determination of compound kuhuang spray.
