目的:建立芦荟胶囊中芦荟苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Promosil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76);流速为0.8 mL·min -1;检测波长为355 nm;柱温为室温,进样量为10μL.结果:芦荟苷在0.01673-0.8365μg范围内呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.5%,RSD%为1.0%(n=6).结论:该方法操作简单、准确,重现性好,可用于芦荟胶囊的质量控制.

목적:건립호회효낭중호회감적함량측정방법.방법:채용HPLC법,색보주위Promosil C18주(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),류동상위을정-수(24∶76);류속위0.8 mL·min -1;검측파장위355 nm;주온위실온,진양량위10μL.결과:호회감재0.01673-0.8365μg범위내정량호적선형관계(r=0.9999),평균회수솔위96.5%,RSD%위1.0%(n=6).결론:해방법조작간단、준학,중현성호,가용우호회효낭적질량공제.
Objective: To establish a Determination of aloin in Aloe capsule. Methods: HPLC was applied, with column of Promosil C18 (25 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of Acetonitrile- water(24∶76), flow rate of 0.8 mL per minitue, the detection wavelength of 355 nm, column temperature of room temperature, the injection volume of 10 μL. Results: Aloin in the range of 0.01673-0.8365 μg showed a good linear relationship (r=1), the average recovery was 96.5%, RSD% was 1.1% (n=6). Conclu-sion: This method is simple, specific, sensitive and available ; it can be used for Euphorbia humifusa enema quality control.
