目的:优化一贯煎颗粒的成型工艺.方法:采用正交试验,以制粒难度、粒度分布、溶化性、每日服用量为指标,综合评价一贯煎颗粒成型工艺.结果:最佳成型工艺条件为:浸膏粉与微晶纤维素按7∶4混合均匀后,喷入用量为浸膏粉的4%的70%乙醇制软材.颗粒休止角32.45°,临界相对湿度约为72%.结论:该工艺为一贯煎颗粒的工业生产及环境控制提供了实验依据.

목적:우화일관전과립적성형공예.방법:채용정교시험,이제립난도、립도분포、용화성、매일복용량위지표,종합평개일관전과립성형공예.결과:최가성형공예조건위:침고분여미정섬유소안7∶4혼합균균후,분입용량위침고분적4%적70%을순제연재.과립휴지각32.45°,림계상대습도약위72%.결론:해공예위일관전과립적공업생산급배경공제제공료실험의거.
Objective: To find an optimal forming process of Yi-Guan Decoction granule. Methods: According to the diffi-culty of granulation, the size distribution, daily dosage and solubility of the granule, the orthogonal design was applied to eval-uate the process of the granule comprehensively. Results: The optimal process was that extract powder and microcrystalline cellulose was mixed in proportion as 8∶4 mixed with 70% of ethanol at 4% amount. The repose angle and CRH of the gran-ule were 32.45° and 72% respectively. Conclusion: The process provided an experimental evidence for industial production and environmental control of Yi-Guan Decoction granule.
