目的:探讨针灸治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效.方法:将48例骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规抗骨质疏松药物治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗,对照组予常规抗骨质疏松药物治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及骨密度变化,并评价临床疗效.结果:总有效率治疗组为91.0%,对照组84.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS及骨密度均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针灸联合常规抗骨质疏松药物治疗骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折有较好疗效,具有延缓骨丢失的作用.

목적:탐토침구치료골질소송성요추압축성골절적림상료효.방법:장48례골질소송성요추압축성골절환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,치료조재상규항골질소송약물치료적기출상급여침구치료,대조조여상규항골질소송약물치료,관찰량조환자치료전후동통시각모의평분(VAS)급골밀도변화,병평개림상료효.결과:총유효솔치료조위91.0%,대조조84.0%,치료조우우대조조(P<0.05);량조치료후VAS급골밀도균교치료전현저제고(P<0.05),차치료조우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:침구연합상규항골질소송약물치료골질소송성요추압축성골절유교호료효,구유연완골주실적작용.
Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture on osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture. Methods: 48 patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group; the patients in the treatment group were treated with routine treatment of osteoporosis as well as acupuncture, and patients in the control group were given routine treatment of osteoporosis. The chang of pain visual analogue score(VAS) and bone mineral density was observed, before and after treatment, to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: The total treatment efficiency were 91.0% and 84.0%, respectively in treatment group and the control group , and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The VAS and bone density in both two groups were better after treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement in treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with routine treatment of osteoporosis can provide better effect on osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture, with delay of bone loss .
