目的:建立三黄止痒搽剂的薄层定性鉴别方法.方法:采用HPTLC法,以不同展开系统分别对处方中黄柏、黄芩、大黄、苦参进行薄层定性鉴别.结果:HPTLC的斑点清晰、分离度较好.处方样品中斑点与对照品中斑点Rf值一致,阴性无干扰.结论:所建立的方法对方中的药材可准确、快速地进行定性检测,可用于三黄止痒捈剂的质量控制.

Objective: To establish a method of high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) for identifying the qualitation of Sanhuang liniment. Methods: Identified the Amur Corktree Bark, Baikal Skullcap Root, Rhubarb and Lightyellow Sophora Root in the prescription of Sanhuang Liniment by different development system with HPTLC. Results: The spots appeared clear and the resolution was satisfactory. The Rf values of spots of prescription samples were consistent with those of reference substance. There is no negative interference. Conclusion: The method is proved to be sensitive and precise, and can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang liniment.
