目的:寻找微波辅助提取甘草黄酮的最佳条件,并对微波辅助提取法(MAE)和超声波提取法(UE)进行对比研究.方法:采用MAE和UE提取甘草黄酮,并用4因素、3水平的正交设计优化微波提取溪黄草总黄酮的实验条件,以分光光度法测定提取液中的总黄酮含量.结果:通过实验发现MAE提取总黄酮的最佳条件为:固液比1∶30,乙醇浓度为65%,加热功率为360 W,加热时间为30 min时,MAE(96.11%)明显优于UE(90.47%).结论:MAE提取率高,且提取时间大大缩短,是一种适合溪黄草总黄酮的提取法.

Objective: To explore the best condition of microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) for the flavonoids from Rab-dosia Serra and to compare with traditional ultrasonic extractio (UE). Methods: MAE and UE were adopted to optimize the laboratory conditions of flavonoids extraction by the orthogonal design according to 4 factors and 3 standard,and the flavonoids in Rabdosia Serra was determined with spectrophotometry. Results: Appropriate MAE conditions included liquid/solid ratios of 1:30, ethanol concentration of 65%, the power of microwave oven of 360W, and extraction time of 30min; the recovery of flavonoids from Rabdosia Serra with MAE (96.11%) was higher than UE (90.47%). Conclusion: The experiment results demon-strated higher extracting rate and shorter extracting time. It indicated that MAE was more suitable to extraction of the flavonoids.
