Garden house is one kind of the residential products with a long history,and modern garden house has become a popular residential product. However,the design of modern garden house should meet the comfortable,economic and safe requirements for modern living. Based on the analysis of design concept for garden house,this paper studies the design of unit type superimposition,space transition, basement sinking and villa elevator building with the analysis of design program of garden house,which can provide reference for seeking the optimal design method of modern garden house to adapt for modern social living.
