利用粗粒化原理处理餐饮废水中难以去除的乳化油,自行设计了一种带有粗粒化板的油水分离器,研究了影响除油率的几种因素.试验结果表明,亲油性粗粒化材料的除油效果优于疏油性粗粒化材料,选用聚丙烯板呈15°角放置能达到较好效果;升高温度可以提高除油率;过大的进水体积流量会降低除油率,控制在150 L/h左右较佳;增大进水中油的质量浓度在一定程度上可以提高除油率,但影响不大.在此工艺条件运行该油水分离器,除油率达到82%,表明该除油工艺有效可行,应用前景广阔.

In order to treat the emulsified oil that is hard to remove from restaurant wastewater with coarse?grained technology,a new separator that coarse?grained plate is used to separate oil from emulsion is designed,and the effect of several factors on oil removal ratio is studied. The results show that,1)lipophilic coarse?grained materials have better oil removal effect than hydrophilic ones do,and polypropylene plate could achieve a better effect at 15° angle;2)increasing temperature can improve the oil removal ratio;3)higher influent volume flow will decreases the oil removal ratio,so the volume flow should be controlled around 150 L/h;4)high mass con?centration of oil in raw wastewater can increase the oil removal ratio in a certain extent,but the effect of which is limited. Running the oil?water separator under above technics,the oil removal ratio may reach 82%,which means that the oil removal technology is effective, feasible and prospective for application.
