针对当前立式钢制成品油罐换底改造工程技术性强、危险性高与施工难度大等特点,结合近3年储油罐换底改造探索实践,在明确油罐换底有关标准要求的基础上,总结提出了顶升法、复合法、中幅板拆除法和边缘板边拆边换法,并对这4种方法的主要施工步骤进行详细分析说明.该研究对统一油罐换底技术标准、科学组织施工、确保施工安全和提高质量效益具有十分重要的指导作用.
針對噹前立式鋼製成品油罐換底改造工程技術性彊、危險性高與施工難度大等特點,結閤近3年儲油罐換底改造探索實踐,在明確油罐換底有關標準要求的基礎上,總結提齣瞭頂升法、複閤法、中幅闆拆除法和邊緣闆邊拆邊換法,併對這4種方法的主要施工步驟進行詳細分析說明.該研究對統一油罐換底技術標準、科學組織施工、確保施工安全和提高質量效益具有十分重要的指導作用.

In order to solve the problems of strong technicality,high risk and difficult construction in the current bottom renovation of vertical steel oil storage tanks,this paper,combining with the exploration and practice of bottom renovation in storage tanks within recent three years,introduces four bottom renovation methods,namely the jacking method,the compound method,the central plate removing method,and the edge board demolition and change method. On the basis of determining relative standards for bottom renovation, this paper expatiates on the operation procedure. The research has a very important guiding role in unifying technical standards of tank bottom renovation,organizing scientific construction,insuring construction safety,and improving quality and efficiency.
