随着我国人民生活水平的日益提高,中老年人口数量逐年增加,人口老龄化问题日益凸显.通过实验研究广场健身(太极拳、健身秧歌、健身操等)锻炼对中老年人平衡能力的影响.运用闭目单脚站立测试、强化 Romberg 检查法、起立—行走测试和睁眼平衡测试对40名中老年人进行平衡测试.随机分为实验组20名(女15人,男 5人)和对照组20名(女15人,男 5人)进行实验,结果显示:广场健身锻炼的实验组经测试发现实验前后平衡能力的各项指标都有显著性差异(p<0.01),而对照组实验前后各项指标则无显著性差异(p>0.05).可见广场健身锻炼能够有效地提高中老年人的平衡能力及减缓中老年人平衡机能的下降,对预防衰老、疾病、跌倒及提高中老人生活质量有重要意义.

With the improvement of people’s living standard, the number of the middle-aged and elderly people is gradually increasing and the ageing problem in the population becomes increasingly prominent. An experimental study has been made about the influence of square fitness exercises which include Taiji, Yangge, setting-up exercise etc on the balance of middle-aged and elderly people. The balance of 40 middle-aged and elderly people has been tested with the methods of one eye closed and one foot standing, Rmberg strengthening, standing up and then walking away, and opening eyes, etc. The 40 people are randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Each group has 15 females and 5 males. Results show that the balance index of the experiment group has significant difference before and after the experiment (p<0.01), whereas each index of the control group has no significant difference before and after the experiment (p>0.05). Conclusion can be drawn that square fitness exercises can effectively improve the balance of the middle-age and elderly people and slow down the decline in their balance function, and it is of great significance for middle-aged and elderly people to prevent ageing, disease, avoid falling down and improve their quality of life.
