目前,住房价格过高,空置房较多,大众囤积住房的欲望越来越强.现行调控政策是以堵为主,住房价格不降反涨,房市已到不可控阶段.调控楼市应以疏为主,建议使用刚需调控,确定以后的某一天开始,新购住房再卖时不能超过买时价格,还原一个健康的房地产市场.

At present,the housing price is too high and there are too many vacant houses. The desire for hoarding houses is growing stronger and stronger. The current regulatory policy mainly depends on plugging. The housing price does not fall but rises instead. The housing market has been uncontrollable. The rigid demand for regulation is suggested. The reselling price of houses will not exceed the buying price from one day in the future, so as to restore a healthy real estate market.
