通过对氢氧发动机的流程进行研究分析,从工艺合理性和并行作业等方面对工艺流程进行优化,将串行装配流程改进为并行装配流程,固定各作业子单元的人数需求,合理调配人员使用,缩短装配周期,提高发动机装配效率,使氢氧发动机装配从研制单件生产模式向批生产模式转化,显著提高了发动机装配的交付能力.

The assembly cycle is shortened, and the efficiency of the engine assembly is also improved. The assembly mode of the LOX/LH engine, which is conversed from the development mode of a single engine to the mass production mode, significantly improves the delivery capacity of the engine.
