The manufacture processing for shutter-type baffle in space remote sensor is introduced in this paper. Material selection, technique, mould design, vibration test are discussed mainly, based on the structure characteristic and requirement of baffle. The results show that axial-hybrid mold and integrated moulding technology can resolve the forming of complex curved surface baffle, It has good damping mechanism and light weight, is able to meet the special requirements.
