节能降耗是企业的生存之本,也是企业降本增效的有效途径之一.针对天利金业公司生物氧化提金厂高压离心风机的运行工况,通过变频控制及风机节能分析,进行了风机变频节能技术改造.技术改造实施效果表明,高压离心风机运行工况稳定,启动便捷,与改造前对比实际节电率为23.7%,年节约电费70多万元,经济及社会效益显著.

Energy saving and consumption reduction is one of the fundamental objectives of enterprises and also an effective way to make more profits.Taking the working conditions of the high pressure centrifugal fan in biological oxidation plant of Tianli gold mining company as an example ,the paper introduced the technical optimization of the variable frequency energy-saving technique.The technical renovation practice indicates a more stable working condi -tion and a more quick start of the fan.The fan consumes 23.4 % less power than it does before the optimization .With about 700 000 yuan power costs cut out ,it shows better economical and social benefits .
