针对 TDI 型红外探测在各个领域的重要作用,设计并实现了一个中波 TDI 红外扫描成像系统.该扫描成像系统采用国产512×8元线列 MCT(碲镉汞)焦平面列阵、自行研制的光学系统和一维角度扫描系统.当探测器在300 K 黑体的照射下,积分时间为500μs 时,整个成像系统的平均噪声等效温差(NETD)约为0.3 K.实验结果表明该系统能够满足设计要求.
針對 TDI 型紅外探測在各箇領域的重要作用,設計併實現瞭一箇中波 TDI 紅外掃描成像繫統.該掃描成像繫統採用國產512×8元線列 MCT(碲鎘汞)焦平麵列陣、自行研製的光學繫統和一維角度掃描繫統.噹探測器在300 K 黑體的照射下,積分時間為500μs 時,整箇成像繫統的平均譟聲等效溫差(NETD)約為0.3 K.實驗結果錶明該繫統能夠滿足設計要求.

According to the crucial functions of the TDI IRFPA(Time-Delayed-Integrationinfrared focal plane array), an imaging system based on MWIR FPA is designed and implemented. It consists of a 512× 8 TDI IRFPA, optical system and a 1-D equality angle scanner. The average NETD of the whole imaging system is about 0.3K, when the detector is radiated by the 300 K blackbody and the integral time is set to 500 μs. The experimental result shows that a better IR picture has been obtained by using this system.
