长期以来 Hadamard 变换成像光谱技术一直受到编码模板的制约而发展缓慢,然而随着微光机电系统(MOMES)的出现,基于数字微镜器件设计 Hadamard 编码模板为 Hadamard 变换成像光谱技术的发展提供了新的契机.介绍了一种基于数字微镜器件(DMD)的 Hadamard 变换成像光谱仪的物理模型及其 Hadamard 编码模板的设计方法,该方法控制 DMD 将光谱仪的光谱响应范围对应的色散光谱的宽度按照 S 矩阵的阶数等分,在空间上形成循环变化的 Hadamard 编码模版.实验表明光谱仪原理样机取得的光谱曲线与辐射度计取得的光谱曲线相似度很高,有力证明了基于 DMD设计的编码模板对色散光谱的良好调制作用.

For a long time, Hadamard transform spectral imager developed slowly due to the constraints of the encoding mask. However, with the emergence of MOMES, the digital micro-mirror device can be used to design Hadamard encoding mask, which provides a new opportunity for the development of Hadamard transform spectral imager. A novel type of DMD-based Hadamard transform spectral imager is introduced and a new design approach of Hadamard encoding mask is proposed. The DMD is controlled to divide the width of dispersed spectrum corresponding to the spectral response range according to the order of S matrix equally, so the cyclic Hadamard encoding mask in space is achieved. Experiment results show that the spectra obtained from the principle prototype spectrometer has high similarity to the spectra extracted by radiometer, which proves that the Hadamard encoding mask has excellent modulation of the dispersed spectra.
