在传热学的基础上,通过对红外无损检测的锁相检测方法进行分析研究,建立了一个二维瞬态导热模型;并利用有限体积法对建立的模型进行正弦热流激励条件下的温度场模拟计算,在此基础上对红外无损检测中的锁相检测法进行了数值模拟实现,从理论计算的角度揭示了锁相检测法及其相位差与调制频率、缺陷深度、高度、宽度以及材料等因素的关系,得到了多组定量关系曲线,模拟计算结果能够对最佳调制频率和盲频的预测提高参考,为优化锁相检测提供了理论依据.

On the basis of the heat transfer, through the analysis of the detection method of infrared nondestructive testing, a two-dimensional heat conduction model is proposed. Finite volume method is used to simulate the temperature field of the proposed model. Based on this, Lock-in Thermography of infrared technology for nondestructive testing is numerical simulated. From the theoretical point of view, the relationship of the phase difference between the modulation frequency, depth, height, width, and material factors are revealed, and the quantitative relationship curve is obtained. The results can accurately predict the best modulation frequency and blind frequency, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing Lock-in Thermography.
