针对现有的CCD系统技术无法同时满足大面阵与高帧频的问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的高速多通道CCD拼接系统.采用智能化的AD芯片,配置生成精确且接收反馈的CCD驱动信号.调用FPGA内置的IP核,利用乒乓操作的思想操控DDR2完成多通道图像的拼接,百万像素CCD以100帧的速度处理.对多通道影响图像非均匀性进行分析,将处理图像的得到的参数反馈给AD芯片,实时调整各通道的增益,在硬件驱动电路上完成自适应非均匀性校正.经验证,该系统极大地提高了大面阵CCD的显示帧频,多通道拼接后获得较高成像质量.

The current CCD driven technology cannot simultaneously satisfy the requirements of large format and high frame rate, so a new CCD data stitching system based on FPGA is proposed to solve the problems in this paper. The intelligent AD chip is used to generate accurate CCD drive signals. Meanwhile, these drive signals can receive feedback signals. The FPGA IP core and ping-pong operation are applied with DDR2 to complete the multi-channel image stitching, improving the frame rate to 100 on 1-million-pixel CCD. The image non-uniformity caused by multi-channel is analyzed and the parameters produced after the image processing is give back to AD chip to adjust the gain of each channel in real-time. The self-adaption non-uniformity correction is finished on the drive hardware. In the project, this system not only effectively realizes the frame rate of large plane array, but also displays a high performance video after stitching of the multi-channel image data.
