概述了生物膜模拟体系包括双层类脂膜(BLM)、固体支撑的自组装双层类脂膜(S-BLM)、固体支撑的混合双层膜(HBM)的制备及其在电子转移方面的应用.对自组装单分子膜(SAMs)模拟生物膜的电化学研究也进行了综述.

The preparation of membrane mimetic systems including bilayer lipid membrane(BLM), self-assembling bilayer lipid membrane on solid support(S-BLM),the supported hybrid bilayer membrane consisting of thiol and phospholipid(HBM) and their applications in transmembrane electron transfer are described. The applications of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) as biological model system in the studies of the electron transfer mechanism across biomembrane are also reviewed.
