6氟双酚A与二氟二苯酮(砜)经亲核取代反应高产率地合成了含氟芳香醚环状低聚物,通过阴离子开环聚合得到了相应的高分子量的线性含氟聚醚酮(砜).这些开环聚合产物具有较高的Tg和热稳定性,6氟双酚A聚芳醚酮(砜)的玻璃化转变温度分别达到180.2℃和199.9℃.

A novel synthetic route to the high performance fluorinated polyethers is described. These high molecular weight polyethers were prepared via anion ROP of the macrocyclic aryl ether ether ketone(sulfone) oligomers containing hexafluoroisopropylidene units from 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphenol and 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone or 4-fluorophenyl sulfone. These fluorinated polyethers exhibit high glass transition temperature and thermal stabilities. DSC analyses show a Tg of 180.2℃ for polyetheretherketone and 199.9℃for polyetherethersulfone respectively in nitrogen atmosphere.
